Do I need an appointment?
Yes — viewing is by appointment, so there are no set opening hours. That's deliberate: you get the car to yourself and an unhurried test drive rather than a forecourt and a queue. Ring or message and we'll find a time that suits you, evenings and weekends included.

Can I see the car before I travel?
Yes. We'll do a live video walkaround before you commit to anything, so you can see the car properly — including any marks — without a wasted journey.
Do you offer test drives?
Yes, as part of your appointment. Bring your licence and make sure you're insured to drive it, and we'll sort the rest.
Can I get finance?
We can pass your enquiry to a trusted finance partner who will deal with you directly and explain the options. We're not a lender and we don't give financial advice — the agreement and the rate are between you and them.
Do you take part exchange?
Yes, and we aim to beat what the main online buying sites will offer you. Tell us what you're driving and we'll give you a figure.

Do you deliver?
Yes — anywhere in the UK. The cost depends on distance, so ask and we will quote you before you commit.
What checks does a car get before sale?
Every car is HPI checked and health checked before it is sold, and gets a fresh MOT if there is less than 90 days left on the current one.
What warranty do I get?
Ask Luke about warranty options on the specific car you are looking at — it varies by vehicle, so we would rather tell you the truth about that one car than make a blanket promise here.
Can you find me a specific car?
Yes. If you know what you want and we haven't got it, tell us — we have access to main dealer stock and can go and find it.
Are there any admin fees?
No. The price on the car is the price you pay.
